I was really excited to check out Allergy-Friendly Foods for Families<\/a>. I really love the way this cookbook is set up. The recipes are simple, but they aren’t boring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I particularly enjoyed the recommendations for how to include your kids in the cooking process. I tried several of the sweet potato recipes and I found them very creative. They inspired me to come up with even more ways to include sweet potatoes in our breakfasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overall, I think this is a great book for anyone with kids, whether or not they have allergies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
