{"id":254,"date":"2006-10-28T23:55:26","date_gmt":"2006-10-29T03:55:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hippiemommy.com\/2006\/10\/28\/my-stand-in-for-inhale\/"},"modified":"2006-10-28T23:55:26","modified_gmt":"2006-10-29T03:55:26","slug":"my-stand-in-for-inhale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hippiemommy.com\/?p=254","title":{"rendered":"My stand-in for Inhale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, I am still awaiting a reply from the Oxygen network, so I&#8217;m trying to move on and find another yoga practice until my beloved Inhale returns.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m on a mission to find a replacement workout that is portable.\u00c2\u00a0 Naturally, I decided to turn to apple (iTunes specifically), as there are few problems that apple cannot solve for me\u00c2\u00a0 :P\u00c2\u00a0 I found quite a few podcasts and decided to give one a go tonight.<\/p>\n<p>My butt is kicked. \u00c2\u00a0 My legs are jelly.\u00c2\u00a0 It feels great!\u00c2\u00a0 Here was today&#8217;s workout: <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/yogatothepeople.com\/tryOnlineClass.html\">Yoga to the People<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0 It is a flow class, which I like.\u00c2\u00a0 If you don&#8217;t know posture names, its going to get a little hairy for you, but if you&#8217;ve been practicing a while, then I think its definitely worth a shot\u00c2\u00a0 :)\u00c2\u00a0 I like that it is aimed at a higher difficulty level.\u00c2\u00a0 I get bored with those yoga 101 classes\u00c2\u00a0 ;)\u00c2\u00a0 If you were practicing Inhale, then a lot of the postures will be very familiar to you (lots of flow connections (up dog, down dog) and sticking a leg up in the air).<br \/>\nI might try a different podcast tomorrow or I may try this one again.\u00c2\u00a0 Either way, I&#8217;ll let you know\u00c2\u00a0 :D\u00c2\u00a0 and I&#8217;m happy to have something for the interim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, I am still awaiting a reply from the Oxygen network, so I&#8217;m trying to move on and find another yoga practice until my beloved Inhale returns.
