I decided that I wanted to split my blog, so I made a new domain \ud83d\ude42 I’ve been sitting on it for a while so that I could decide how I want to use it. I ultimately decided that I will use it to record our daily accomplishments as well as my lesson plans\/checklist for the day. I have been keeping a paper copy, which is driving me nuts! I do much better in digital format.<\/p>\n

I have our recently read books on the sidebar at the new site. If you have a child who is just starting to read, then that may be helpful. I have been wanting to track them, but it didn’t make sense to put them on my sidebar since most of what I talk about here has to do with adult books.<\/p>\n

Realistically, I don’t expect anyone to find this interesting except for me, lol. It is not a place for deep thoughts or great wisdom. \ud83d\ude09 We are working through Teach a Child to Read with Children’s Books and Ambleside Year 1 on a modified (slow) schedule, so if you are using either program then it might possibly be a help. I also intend to upload a lot of the paperwork and schedules that we are using, so that may end up being a good resource. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
