Hart’s Landing – Melanie Harlow

I was instantly drawn into Hart’s Landing and couldn’t put it down! It opens with a scene where 4 young friends are gathered and committed to live one night with no regrets. Instead, everything falls apart, and they all go their separate ways.

The past is always with us. The people we’ve known, the places we’ve been, the experiences we’ve had. All of it shapes our present reality and therefore influences the future.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this book, but it was compelling from the first page. I loved the characters, the dynamics of their relationships and the complexity of owning mistakes and giving grace.

I’d absolutely recommend this book, especially if you’re looking for an effortless, feel-good read.
